The Story
Surrey Hills which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty makes for a lovely day trip from London. As soon as you get off the M25, you are welcomed by pretty country roads and winding forests. There’s so much to do and see here, that in this trip we just covered a small part of it.
Shere is a quaint little village with relaxing walks all around it, and some delicious British food.
Our next stop was Leith Hill, which has the highest summit in Surrey Hills and lots of hiking trails through the woodlands.
